Happy at Home
Happy at Home supports the elderly and lonely in South Tyneside, improving older
people’s lives with compassion and kindness.
- Our volunteers make regular visits to lonely, isolated people: having a chat, listening to music, sharing a past time or just reminiscing.
- At our monthly Happy Hubs older people can make new friends, meeting for activities, fun and a chat.
- We organise celebratory events at Christmas and in the summer.
